Wanted: Admin/Bookkeeper
We are looking for an organized, detail oriented, motivated, self-starter to join our team as an experienced administrator. You will be the main point of contact for our business and will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure all of our daily operations are running smoothly. You will work directly with the business owner and a team of professionals to achieve our business goals.
The Administrator/Bookkeeper will:
Monitor incoming mail and email, responding where appropriate
Set up systems and procedures as required
Manage accounts payables and receivables
Keep ledgers up to date and accurate
Create financial reports
Maintain filing & other office organization
Provide administrative support for others
Have a good understanding of various computer programs
Ordering office supplies
Negotiating invoices
Timesheets
Overseeing payroll
Coordinating office maintenance
Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years experience or equivalent education in business administration or accounting
Ability to stay organized while multitasking
Works well independently and as a team
Excellent math skills
Experience and Proficiency with Quickbooks is required!
