Yard/junk clean up

Contract (part time seasonal) work moving junk back farther on property, or removing with truck and trailer from our property. Everything must go. $15 dollars per hour paid daily.

This is time specific. Roughly 2pm to 7pm. Absolutely nothing before noon. If you ask about working morning hours, consider yourself fired. I don't know how many people come out and ask if they can work mornings. NO

No smoking on our property. No alcohol.

Any scrap metal loads will be paid for with part of the price of scrap via receipt. Usually half of receipt to you.

Cleaning up basement (also junky).

First things first. Basement. Then everything closest to road moved away from house out of sight.

If you don't have a truck and trailer, I will consider one or two to move junk, and someone else to remove junk from the property.

We have tractor with loader, and a trailer to move things around on our property.

We're 6 miles north of town. Must have reliable transportation.

I typically receive many inquires. Email me specifying if you have a truck and or trailer. Or not.

I will answer in the order received. If you don't hear from me, someone else is working. I may contact you later as people usually work for a few days then move on. Thank you.
