Jyve is a platform that powers a scalable, flexible and skilled workforce, addressing retailer and brand needs where and when it matters most. Jyve’s marketplace solution connects brands, retailers and distributors with our network of independent contractors called Jyvers who complete work in-store including stocking, auditing, shopping online orders and assembling hardlines.

The Assembly Launch Specialist role is a first of its kind opportunity at Jyve focused on launching Jyve Assembly Services in new markets around the country. In this temporary position (ending no later than August 31, 2021), you will be responsible for building a healthy marketplace of Jyvers who assemble items on behalf of retailers, ensuring key metrics are achieved, establishing and cultivating client relationships, and implementing new processes as we scale. This position is critical to driving field execution and meeting client expectations with an understanding of how that impacts our client partnerships and Jyvers.

The Assembly Launch Specialist fosters store relationships and navigates client concerns to solve issues and identify additional business opportunities. You are the primary launch leader that sets up the market for success and travels within the territory to support client expectations. The Assembly Launch Specialist is a hands-on leader that has a strong working knowledge of the assembly business.

The ideal candidate will excel working remotely, as well as in a fast-paced environment. This candidate will be extremely flexible and enjoy a startup environment that changes day-to-day, and will “assume positive intentions” at all times.
