Property Maintenance/Handyman needed Full time

Full Time Property maintenance/maintenance person needed must be Skilled

We're a property management company looking for a full-time Skilled person who has Basic Maintenance Person/remodeling/construction and property maintenance skills (Kitchen remodel, flooring, rental turns, rehabs, city inspection violation repairs) someone who is able to follow instructions correctly, must be a team player. Most of our projects consist of remodeling kitchens, bathrooms, general home repairs and renovations, We're looking for a person who's goal oriented and is looking for a long term position. Must have experience in:

-General repairs

-Basic remodeling/construction experience

-Must be comfortable with heights up to 2nd story

-Property rehab

-Painting

-Drywall installation

-Some Carpentry

-Siding

-Some Electrical

-Some Plumbing

-Flooring

-Property preservation

-Roofing

-Construction

-Remodeling

-Tile

Requirements:

-Must be available in case of emergency maintenance

-Must have own tools

-Active driver license

-Must possess basic computer knowledge

-Professional demeanor

-Ability to lift up-to 50lbs
