Sub Contractors Needed for Residential House Painting.

Over the past few years our business has expanded, we are looking for responsible, careful and experienced painting contractors to help care for our customers as we are in expansion mode. We are looking for crews that want steady work and would be interested in growing with us in the future. If you are a painting crew looking for steady work during the season and meet the minimum requirements we would love to talk to you.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for long term relationships.

We pay per job - You are responsible for materials on the job, you paint & we handle everything else.

Prices are not negotiable, we have very accurate pricing, we pay well, we will keep you busy all year long!

Responsible Contractors who have:

1) Business License to Operate in Michigan

2) Liability Insurance Required

3) Workman's Compensation on Employees preferred

4) Must have own tools.

Must have sprayer

Must have Power washer

Must be able to do minor wood replacement.

5) Reliable transportation (No markings on vehicle - If your company is advertised on your vehicle's you can

not work for us)
