Guest Services Coordinator (Front Desk)

Petoskey RV Resort is looking for a seasonal Guest Services Coordinators (part-time & full-time!)

In this role, you will:

-Greet and establish rapport with guests; field resort comments, suggestions and complaints.

-Check guests in and out for their reservations.

-Perform general administrative duties such as answering the phone, typing, copying, etc.

-High School Education (some high school education required)

-Strong customer service skills
