We have a full-time position for an Operations Supervisor/ Dispatch person here in Saginaw.

Duties include-

Dispatching transportation personnel to appropriate locations

Maintain operations reports

Process time and attendance

Communicate necessary information to bus operators

Support role for customer service

Requirements-

Associate Degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration or related fields

3-5 Years experience in administration

Equivalency of 8-10 years in a directly related field in lieu of education

Knowledge of-

Practical application of technology in transit

Knowledge of transit laws, legal codes, and agency rules

Knowledge of Efficient transit operations with a strong math background

Strong computer skills
