A CNA provides care for the needs of our skilled nursing facility residents under the direction of the nursing staff in a respectful and caring manner.

Qualifications: Must have a current CNA/NAR registration with the State of MN; be compassionate toward the elderly, work with tact and ethical awareness; have a cooperative and caring disposition; demonstrate ability to follow directions, and accept supervision from professional nursing staff. Services include skilled nursing care, post-acute care, memory care, assisted living, housing with services, and short-term rehabilitation. Inter-Faith Care Center has been serving seniors and their communities since 1954.

Wage: $15.25 to $18.12 /hour Sign on Bonus: PT/FT CNA's will receive up to $2500 based on FTE - paid out at 6 month and 1 year anniversaries!
