Residential Supervisor is the primary liaison between the Direct Support Professionals, families/guardians and the County Case Manager.
Ensure all programmatic features of the client's Individual Service Plan and Individual Program Plan are carried out in an effective manner.
Manage staff and responsible for the decision making necessary for the operation of their department.
Hands on direct care
Cooperatively manage household prescription and OTC medication administration and report to RN.
Prepare for and facilitate an Annual Review Meeting, getting all needed paperwork signed and appropriately filed.
incident Reporting review and education.
Cooperatively be responsible for on-call emergency weekend staffing phone (rotating schedule)
Review and approve timesheets for individuals reporting to you
Coordinate grocery shopping duties and maintain grocery budget.
Handle all shadowing for new employees and ensuring on-site orientation elements are satisfactorily complete.
Cooperatively schedule, coordinate and attend routine and specialty medical appointments, document and communicate changes and concerns to support team members
Provide transportation to clients as needed.
Schedule outings with clients.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of supervisory or lead experience working with individuals with disabilities or similar field
Previous personnel management experience preferred

Ability to be flexible and adaptable to change
Must be reliable, honest, and possess strong decision-making skills
A valid drivers license is strongly preferred.

Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships.
