Property Manager

I am looking for a responsible person to manage my rental units. Duties would include but not limited to: Collecting rent, Sending monthly report, Repairs as needed, painting, light electrical, light plumbing, grass cutting on 5 units.

You must be able to work without supervision. You will set your own schedule, but this is a full time job.

Please do not apply if you have no experience in repairing houses. I would prefer a local person so Please do not apply unless you live in the area or can relocate immediately.

Salary will be based on abilities.
