Fence Installer

W-Bar-Y Fence is offering a full-time career in commercial and residential fence installation. We work year-around and offer growth opportunities. Experience not required. We are looking for someone willing to start at the bottom and work their way up into a Leader Position.

Starting out as a Fence Installation helper – digging holes, mixing concrete and setting posts all while learning and remembering everything necessary to become the Head Installer and run your own Crew. This is a crew member reporting to a Foreman conducting installation of fencing and working in the construction trade. Once you move into the Head Installer Position there will be perks – such as Bonuses!

This person would need to be a hard working self-starter willing to learn everything needed to move ahead. Willing to work outside, work hard, and to put the time in to get the job done. This includes Monday-Friday with flexibility and overtime as needed!

Pay starts at $13.00, raise dependent upon performance. This is a real career position offering the opportunity to learn a trade in the construction industry. To qualify for this position, you must meet the following requirements.

Must a have valid driver's license.

Clean driving record to ensure insurability.

Reliable Transportation

Must be 18 years of age.

Must be able to pass drug test.

This Position May Require:

Lifting up to 100 lbs.

Working in awkward positions.

Walking over 3 miles a day.
