Northwest Respiratory Services, servicing respiratory needs since 1980, is seeking a Branch Operations Specialist in Great Falls, MT. This role provides daily leadership and assures that all daily branch functions are completed. The Branch Operations Specialist facilitates communications between branches, the corporate office, and customers/referrals.
This is a highly independent and self-sufficient role that requires a mixture of field work with our patients and office work to maintain inventory and paperwork.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Manage Branch Operations
Develop route schedules and run daily routes
Assure timely deliveries, setups, and pickups of supplies and equipment
Assure on-call coverage
Assure timely and accurate paperwork
2. Maintain Branch Inventory
Assure appropriate levels of equipment and supplies
Track all consigned equipment
Assure all equipment maintenance is properly performed and documented
3. Maintain Customer Satisfaction
Assure positive customer relations with the VA, referrals, and patients
4. Comply with regulatory agencies, including the Joint Commission, FDA, DOT, Board of Pharmacy, and OSHA
5. Communication
Communicate branch needs to Regional Operations Manager
Communicate to/with referral sources in branch territory
Credential Requirements:
-Valid Driver's License with ability to earn CDL with HazMat endorsement
Position Requirements:
-High level of ability to work independently is required
-1-2 years of supervisory or management experience is desired
-1-2 years of DME industry experience is desired
-Acceptable criminal background check, MVR and employment reference check
-Pass a physical capabilities test and DOT physical
