I am looking for a motivated, business savvy individual who can assist me with running my Truck Brokerage as well as other random tasks. I am looking for a self-starter, creative thinker and multi tasker. Candidate must be comfortable working with the latest computer software systems. Accounting experience using QuickBooks and Excel would be a plus! Duties included but not limited to: Data entry, accounting, answering phones, selling shipments, customer service, taking notes, staying organized, problem solving, navigating through multiple windows.
I am looking for part-time for now (20-25hours/week – M-F- 7:30am- 12:30-2:00 pm)
$12.50/hour to start (commission is also available after trained and comfortable)
Full-time may be possible in the future?
An upbeat personality and positive outlook on life is preferred.
