Combination of customer service and sales, taking inbound calls for homeowners who are looking for a home improvement contractor, helping them submit their request, and then upselling additional requests through HomeAdvisor.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Field Inbound calls from customers looking for contractors

2. Cross and up-sell other services offerings.

3. Dealing with complaints and escalated calls in a professional and timely manner.

4. Maintain professional demeanor while resolving customer needs.

5. Ensure integrity of data and information.

6. Serve as a resource within team, including assisting new associates with training needs.

EDUCATION:

Associate’s degree preferred

EXPERIENCE:

1 to 3 years customer service experience and/or general office experience preferred.

Pay: $11.50/hour

Start date: Monday, April 26th

Shift: Monday-Friday 10:30am to 7:00pm CST

Training will be conducted the first week of employment Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm CST

Please note: Due to the current pandemic circumstances, training will be conducted virtually; in the convenience of your own home! Your home work space must be a quiet and dedicated space for you to work in, without distractions.

To ensure you are set up for success during your employment, you will need reliable high speed internet, which must be hardwired into your router. Wi-Fi connection will not be adequate for the work being performed.

All of the necessary computer equipment, headset and training materials will be provided. Your home set up will consist of a computer tower, 2 monitors, keyboard, mouse and a 25’ Ethernet internet cord. Please note this is company property and will be returned to Nelnet upon conclusion of the work from home status.

Salary for Colorado Residents $12.32
