Position Type: Production Manager
Description of Duties:
Helping customers prepare for their paint job. This includes helping them find colors, helping them with approval from their HOA, and scheduling the start date.
Maintaining clear and thorough communication with our customers.
Managing the production schedule to ensure jobs are delivered on time.
Hiring & working with contractors to complete the job.
Resolving any and all customer complaints or issues that arise.
Take care of our customers for positive reviews and ongoing referrals.

Skills and Requirements:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to solve problems.
Customer service experience & strong communication skills.
Management experience of at least 2 years.
Proficient with Microsoft Word & Excel

Compensation:
$50,000-$100,000 per year
