Dispatcher/Call Taker

Dispatcher/Call Taker - NIGHT/WEEKEND SHIFT - FULL TIME

Responsibilities:

Answer phones

Communicate with customers

Input calls for service in computer dispatch program

Dispatch appropriate equipment & driver

Monitor calls, drivers & equipment

Take payments

Communicate with supervisor

Requirements:

Must be able to multitask

Must have reliable transportation to and from work

Must work well with others

Must have some knowledge with computers
