Boutique Merchant Cash Advance Company seeks experienced collections representative.

We are a small company in business for 5 years. We provide cash advances to small and mid sized businesses looking for short term capital.

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for collection and reconciliation of customer accounts.

Monitor customer accounts for past due balances.

Contact customers via phone and email to inform them of past due amounts.

Provide customer service regarding collection issues, and resolve other discrepancies.

Negotiate repayments, assist legal in obtaining notarized affidavits.

Obtain and update customer contact information in CRM system.

Keep accurate and up to date records on collection activity for all customers.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, a plus would be Salesforce exposure.

Must be able to pull and analyze reports.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

Strong research skills.

Excellent analytical skills.
