Title: Senior Asset Management Analyst Mandatory skills:Microsoft, Adobe, IBM,software systems, Software License Schemes,Information Technology Infrastructure Library, ITIL,industry trends, product development, inventory,MS Offfice, Word, Excel, Power Point, email,automate process, hardware, software assets, service agreements, database,customer service, machines, purchasing,Bank, Bank IT assets, asset reviews, IT asset standards, procedures, systems,project driven deliverable, project schedules, project risk, project discussion,Project Management, Asset Management Description: Senior Asset Management Analyst.Job SummaryOversees information technology (IT) hardware and software assets through the entire asset lifecycle under the direction of management.Maintains records and databases containing information regarding licenses, warranties, and service agreements for the organization’s hardware and software.The level of work is considered advanced and staff must be able to work under minimal supervision.Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesManages the single repository for all Bank IT assetsAssists with minimizing organizational costs and maintaining operating efficiency through asset management and trackingReceives, controls, tracks, reconciles and certifies ownership of bank assetsSupports the allocation and management of technology costs for the BankDevelops and manages the disposal process and physical dispose of all Bank IT assets (including legal hold assets)Deploys/handoffs exception machines to end users and IT assets for deploymentPerforms reclamation of software and hardware assets Coordinates and oversees the purchasing of wireless assets for the clientServes as the central point of contact for wireless vendors and IT assetsServes as lead / administrator for IT asset tools and programs (i.e., Asset Tracking tools, Asset Liaison program, etc.)Conducts annual and quarterly- asset reviewsCreates, maintains, implements and evaluates IT asset standards, procedures and systems Secures IT assets in the IT storage rooms (including legal hold assets)Leads medium to large project driven deliverables including creating and maintaining project schedules, project risks, and facilitating project discussionsEducation and ExperienceBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience as noted below3-5 years direct work experienceKnowledge and SkillsExperience in Asset Management tools and processesOrganized and detail-orientedKnowledge of Software License Schemes with various editors (Microsoft, Adobe, IBM, etc.)Able to work independently and within a teamStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCertification or equivalent knowledge of the key elements, concepts, and terminology used in the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) service lifecycleMaintains current knowledge of industry trends and product developmentKnowledge and ability to use software systems such as Word, Excel, Power Point and email VIVA USA is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to maintaining a professional working environment that is free from discrimination and unlawful harassment.
