JavaScript React Front End Web UI Software Engineer (Remote PST Hours). We are looking for a Front-End Web UI Software Engineer to help build the next generation of ML service platform to analyze different kinds of digital assets (app, image, video, music, etc.) at AMP. This role will be responsible for building the web UI for ML service pipelines from data collection, feature management, training data generation and ML result curation. We are solving for issues of complexity with disparate data sources across many internal workflows, and making our pipelines run more smoothly. As a Front-End Web UI Software Engineer you will be responsible for building the next generation of user experiences for DSCE ML platform. We need a highly motivated and skillful engineer to work with HTML, Typescript/JavaScript, and CSS/Sass and related tooling, frameworks, and libraries. Attention to detail and a dedication to deliver a high-quality, stable delivery is essential.

Team Information:Being the source for so much digital content requires maintaining relationships with a vast number of providers, from record labels to movie studios to app developers. The Digital Supply Chain Engineering team (DSCE) is responsible for ensuring that new content is uploaded, processed, cataloged, and available on our storefronts when the provider expects it to be, and with the highest quality.

Responsibilities
  • Build pixel-perfect, robust and, accessible user interfaces on the web.
  • Follow our software development process including writing unit tests, and perform code reviews etc.
  • Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly.
  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams to develop features.
  • Provide support for production deployments.
  • Demonstrate ability to deliver results on time with high quality.

Required skillsets
  • Experience building pixel-perfect, responsive, and accessible user interfaces on the web.
  • Experience in Single Page Application architecture.
  • Proficient in React, JavaScript, React.js.
  • Experience with CSS and Less/Sass and usage in largescale applications.
  • Experience with ES6syntax.
  • Passion for building a rich and innovative user experience.
  • Strong computer science fundamentals in design, data structures, and problem-solving.

Desirable skillsets
  • Experience with UI/UX.

Duration: 5+ months.
