- Manage Account Settings for multiple Accounts
- Centralized User Management
- Experience in Access Management (Domains, Identity Provider)
- Manage Signing and Sending Settings for multiple Accounts
- Ability to decide if a new DocuSign Account needs to be created for any existing Division
- Reporting.
- Security Setup
- For example, Multi-factor Authentication Setup.
- DocuSign new Integration Setup. For example,
- Extracting documents from completed Envelopes and archive in some ECM repository like OpenText
- Salesforce integration for multiple use-cases
- Understands and configures DocuSign settings in accordance with identified use cases
- Helps collecting, analyzing & translating business requirements and use cases into functional specifications and technical implementations.
- Troubleshooting issues in support of customer feedback, ServiceNow tickets, or at the direction of the PL DocuSign Admin
- Creates documentation for all aspects of job function including creating requirements analysis overviews and functional specifications, creating end-user manuals.
- Performs end-user training via written documentation, one-on-one sessions and group meetings on new and existing software installed.
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned
