  • Expertise in DocuSign Organization Administrator Activities
    • Manage Account Settings for multiple Accounts
    • Centralized User Management
    • Experience in Access Management (Domains, Identity Provider)
    • Manage Signing and Sending Settings for multiple Accounts
    • Ability to decide if a new DocuSign Account needs to be created for any existing Division
    • Reporting.
  • Security Setup
    • For example, Multi-factor Authentication Setup.
  • DocuSign new Integration Setup. For example,
    • Extracting documents from completed Envelopes and archive in some ECM repository like OpenText
    • Salesforce integration for multiple use-cases
  • Understands and configures DocuSign settings in accordance with identified use cases
  • Helps collecting, analyzing & translating business requirements and use cases into functional specifications and technical implementations.
  • Troubleshooting issues in support of customer feedback, ServiceNow tickets, or at the direction of the PL DocuSign Admin
  • Creates documentation for all aspects of job function including creating requirements analysis overviews and functional specifications, creating end-user manuals.
  • Performs end-user training via written documentation, one-on-one sessions and group meetings on new and existing software installed.
  • Performs other duties and projects as assigned

  • Participate in day-to-day aspects of a formal Agile/Scrum process, including contributing to Agile meetings (backlog, planning, review, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups).
  • Must be able to work with Business Customers, Line Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in a professional and collaborative manner to define strategies and implementation approaches.
  • Should have demonstrated innovation and creativity in prior work along with accountability for results of operations and projects
