ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Troubleshoots remote connection via Citrix and 2Factor authentication Schedules and tracks end users to be migrated Ships and receives equipment Unpacks and sets up materials to initiate the configuration process Examines materials received, verifies parts numbers and checks discrepancies such as damaged or unmarked parts Creates asset tags and affixes to hardware systems Installs hardware onto laptop and desktop computers Troubleshoots application installation and configuration issues Troubleshoots and repairs laptops and desktops that are not operational upon receipt Performs other duties as assigned by management

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Able to follow defined process Ability to provide excellent customer service Ability to work as a team Ability to communicate a clear and concise status Provide daily updates to the user migration schedule
