One of our client is the leading cloud-based platform to automate end-to-end reverse logistics for e-commerce brands, third-party logistics providers and manufacturers. ReverseLogix's centralized, highly configurable, modular SaaS platform is designed to manage every aspect of returns, repairs and after-sales care for all reverse logistics ecosystem players. With the rise in e-commerce, and the unique demands relating to returns, our client is poised to be at the forefront of innovation in a $1 trillion global market. Position: Vice President of Sales Position Summary: Lead global enterprise sales team focused on selling cloud-based solutions to logistics companies, e-commerce brands, retailers and manufacturers Location: Bay Area, with potential of remote (US) for the right candidate Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Lead sales team of 6 direct sales reps/account managers and offshore lead generation team
  • Take ownership of pre-sales, proposal development and onboarding/customer success
  • Develop innovative new go-to-market strategies, including with channel and other partners
  • Introduce and implement a data-driven, KPI-led management framework
  • Interact with implementation team, marketing and technology functions to drive success
  • Become a thought leader in the industry, growing the value of the ReverseLogix brand
Qualifications and Skills:
  • 10+ years leading high-growth enterprise SaaS sales teams on a global basis
  • Managed a team of a least 5 quota-carrying enterprise sales rep direct reports for multiple years
  • Experience selling enterprise SaaS platforms into logistics, e-commerce, retail and manufacturing industries (6-7 figure ARR deals per customer)
  • History of success growing SaaS ARR businesses to $50M and beyond
  • Track record of performance, including quota, retention, upsell and high NPS attainment
  • Motivated, hard-working, driven and hungry
  • Focused on long-term value creation and market dominance
  • Ability to build an organization and recruit high-performers from existing network
