Belleville NJ-based company seeks a detail-oriented, intelligent individual to handle office clerk responsibilities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Handle inbound calls regarding customer's accounts, providing excellent customer service through appropriate greetings, verification of contact information, patience, and helpfulness.
· Processing orders by entering in all information using Quickbooks Database Software in relation to the customer's order request along with informing warehouse of shipment, coordinating shipping with logistics and processing payment as necessary.
· Address all daily customer emails and Sales requests
· Documenting Customer feedback, shipping errors and shipping claims
· Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
· Check completed work for accuracy
Successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:
Education and Experience
High school diploma
Ability to use Microsoft Outlook, QuickBooks or Data Entry Software an advantage
Accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at the required speed
Knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
