We are hiring for a high visibility role for a Sr. Technical Product Owner (Data & Analytics). This is a high stake holder

Direct business facing role working with

C and V level business stakeholders. We are looking for a Sr. Technical Product Owner/ BSA who has a

strong understanding of Sales OR Customer Success OR Marketing Business Process and Enterprise Data warehouse to be part of core Data Engineering team

to create Data product roadmap AND Business requirements. In this role ideal consultant needs to

focus on Sales OR Customer Success OR Marketing business data processes and

translate that to a data product roadmap, Tech requirements sitting on the IT side of the house.

Title: Data Architect

Location: Bay area, Open to other locations depending on experience levels

Rate: Depending on experience and location.

Duration: 6+ Months

Duties: The Customer Success Business Systems and Data Analyst role will be responsible for leveraging business and data process understanding to capture and assess data, analytics and reporting requirements to deliver holistic data model solutions that meet Customer Success organization goals. You will be part of a core data warehouse (IT) team responsible for designing, building and maintaining the data domain for the Customer Success department.
  • Work with business partners to gather data requirements and solution design surrounding Customer (360) Master data build, renewals metrics, professional services and education/training related data domain areas.
  • Work with business partners, data/BI engineers and own the end to end delivery of the Customer Success data platform improvements, which includes documenting and prioritizing user stories, demoing solution designs, testing and releasing changes into a Production Data Warehouse environment.
  • Deliver as a core member of a team responsible for the design, development, testing and release of analytics enhancements and projects on the Data Warehouse platform.

Skills:
  • 12+ years of IT Analyst experience with specialization in Data and analytics requirements.
  • Business Applications and data experience with Customer Success systems such as Gainsight, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Learndot, etc.
  • Experience with Data Warehouse Techniques (Data Modeling, ETL, Database systems, Business Intelligence) in cloud stack such as Snowflake, Tableau, etc.
  • Strong SQL query experience (must be able to analyze large,complex data set with nested queries)
  • Understanding of use case modeling, and process modeling. Strong communication, presentation, documentation, and program management skills

Education: 6+ years of management consulting, professional services, and/ or comparable technology industry experience with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field; or 3 years minimum with an MBA Experience and expertise across end-to-end business cycles - particularly in high-growth, highly-scaled SaaS environment or company shifting from perpetual to SaaS business model - operational experience in Sales, Customer Success Management, and/or Finance areas in a SaaS companies is a plus
