MES Business Systems Analyst

Remote contract for the next 6 month and then some onsite work is required.Direct W2 employees only! No 3rd party agencies!The client is looking for a Sr. MES BSA to lead the design of a global MES roll out with locations in Singapore, Europe and the Americas.We are looking for a Senior IT Business Systems Analyst (BA) to join a global team in Drug Substance (DS) Manufacturing IT based in South San Francisco, CA who is experienced as a lead in designing and executing business analysis activities to support the standardization of business processes and definition of user requirements specifications for a GMP Manufacturing Execution System (MES).The focus of the position is to act as a lead business systems analyst for strategic planning, as well as leading stakeholders through the business analysis lifecycle for the implementation of a global core DS MES system within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. You are organized, hands-on, proactive, self-starting and have a solution-driven mindset. You are able to deliver on time with a challenging implementation schedule. You will lead the future state MES business process definition and requirements analysis with internal customers. Your excellent communication, collaboration, facilitation and BA work planning skills ensure that you and other BAs assigned to the project work successfully in a globally distributed team.Skills:5+ year experience manufacturing execution systems (Emerson Syncade a plus)8+ year experience planning, designing and leading IT business8+ analysis-related activitiesExperience in Computer System Validation (CSV) documentation and GMP compliant working environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills Fluent in English (written and spoken) Knowledge of SAP a plus5+ years as Application Engineer in a similar environment (MES) a plus
