Position Description: Software Engineer working in the Assist Customer Program, supporting the Channel Enablement PDO Team in delivering customer engagements on their channel of choice to an appropriately skilled agent. Skills Required: USD Configuration .Net development with Azure experience Web API development Education Required: B.S.
