Devops/ Infrastructure Manager

Exciting well funded apache superset company looking to grow the engineering team and we are in need of a DevOps Release Manager. What you will do:

• Overall ownership of the software product release cycle
• Management of the product release cycle to new and existing clients including the build release process and open-source software releases
• Be the interface between the Product Team and the Client Services Team including maintaining multi-client deployment schedules
• Support the end-to-end process for production issue resolution including prioritization, intake, classification, testing, and resolution of product defects
• Support client upgrades, conversions, and new version deployments including client communication and execution
• Plan, facilitate, and participate in systems and platform upgrades, service, and preventative maintenance activities
• Ensuring proper documentation for clients and internal teams is developed and maintained

• 4+ years experience with release management, test, and continuous improvement and deployment for dynamic web applications
• Experience managing releases of open-source software preferred
• Skilled in building robust, scalable, and reliable and automated solutions for releasing software
• Ability to meet high-quality coding practices and standards
• Proven ability to balance multiple priorities and communicate cross-functionally
• Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals and processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
