- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Respond to and resolve help desk requests
- Troubleshoot problems reported by users
- Analyze and isolate issues
- Assign and configure directory profiles
- Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns
- Create and verify backups of data
- In depth knowledge and 3+ years of experience troubleshooting Mac hardware and MacOS
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills including the ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Motivation to learn new technologies and grow base of knowledge
- Experience supporting technology in a creative environment
- Excellent customer service skills working in a fast-paced environment
