Description:This company is looking to bring on a Service Desk agent for a 12 month contract. They will be handling an accrued backlog with a variety of different issues that this individual will be focusing on. They will come in working as an End User Support Tech meaning that they'll handle customer issues in person, via phone, via email, etc. They need to have had previous experience within complex troubleshooting of hardware and software issues related to Windows 7, MS Office, etc.The shift will start 8-5 and will then can start between 6-9am once the person is ramped up.
