Job Title: Marketing SpecialistLocation: Mountainview, CAJob Description:

  • Support Americas Programs team in delivering and executing end to end marketing campaigns, with heavy focus on webinars and virtual events.
  • Help establish a t-minus schedule and create consistency in execution, up-leveling our webinar program into a highly repeatable marketing engine.
  • Work with Marketing Operations to ensure all pre-event and post-event communications are executed in a timely manner and that webinars are converted and published on-demand.
  • Manage webinar logistics, including dry runs, pre-recordings, day of event moderating and Q&A.
  • When applicable, develop and fulfill webinar incentives, working with legal to complete and publish appropriate terms and conditions.
  • Ensure webinars are promoted in newsletters and that invitations and registration reports are made available to key stakeholders and for field promotion.
  • Develop standard reports for webinar results, including email/social performance and attendance and pipeline breakdowns.
