PM role with Logistics background Location: Cupertino, CA Duration: 6 Months Note: Remote until COVID restriction apply Basically, looking for a person who is a seasoned PM for small projects with knowledge of Supply Chain and Logistics. Someone one who is highly indexed on Project Management and Project coordination with reasonable level of communication skills to interact with Core teams, keep stakeholders informed and with a reasonable level of understanding of Supply Chains/Logistics and ERP systems. Don't need this person to be an expert in Log/SC or have really good executive presence - we can supplement in both areas. Co-ordinate system Integration Enhancements with 3PL partnersRun Core team meetings with Business, & regional BPR teams and other stakeholders in projects and programsManage UATs for 3PL enhancement projectsSupport Projects as needed such as - Onboarding new Logistics vendors, Process optimization Projects, Automations etc.Work with Logistics Business Teams to support creation of Partner Design Documents, Business Requirement Documents.Be a key program resource providing Project and Program management support to TI program from WW RFO BPR as necessaryManage Sustaining projects for Enhancements on Logistics Systems such as Shipment Visibility, Transportation Management, Master Data Management etc.Track KPIs/tangible/continuous improvements and report out to business stakeholders and IS&T on findings and remedial actionsRoot Cause Analysis (RCAs) of incidents and track resolutions to closure.Ticket Monitoring to ensure end to end business closure of issuesManaging project entry and exit criteria to ensure business alignment throughout the project lifecycle and project onboarding hygieneBusiness impact assessment, communication and co-ordination related to planned and unplanned downtimesDocumentation and building the knowledge base related to business processes and solutionsregards,Rakesh
