Senior Kotlin Engineer/Artificial Intelligence/High Transactions

A growing software company located in Glendale is looking for a Kotlin Engineer for a full time role. They're also open to Java experience. They heavily work on cloud technologies so you'll work on Java, Kotlin, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Artificial Intelligence, Rest API and any DevOps experience with Ansible or Terraform will be a plus. You'll work on a team of 20 people and that'll be a mixture of DevOps, Engineers, Product Managers, Project Managers, etc. and work on their B2B SAAS application that has over 30 million users! The work you'll be doing is consumer facing and they're very innovative so they're looking to really grow out the platform and expand their user base. You'll work on 10% front end development, 90% backend development and 90% new development. This role will be 100% remote for now and even after Covid as they only need someone to come to the office from time to time. They're looking for candidates who are in Los Angeles or surrounding areas so you must be local. This is a great company to get into! This company can also pay competitively at $175K base for the right experience. Required Skills & Experience

• At least 6+ years of professional experience in Kotlin or Java
• Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes is a strong plus
• Any experience with Angular, Typescript or React is a plus
• If you've worked on software applications that are high scalability, that's a plus
• Someone who is smart, has a good attitude, a team player and someone who likes to make things happen
• Ideally someone who has a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Computer Science, Math or Physics
