Client Title: 3D GeneralistJob Title: Content Production ManagerClient Job ID: 11793374Duration: 48 MonthsLocation: Rapid City, SD 57703 (Will start remote but must be relocated to Rapid City, SD by July 5th )Job Description:A Content Production Manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in core product completion, and visual content-based projects.Job Responsibilities: •Coordinate projects, following detailed plans to accomplish goals and collaborating with technical activities. •Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to respective Team Leads and Supervisors. •Will assign, evaluate project adherence, and evaluate staff compliance. •Analyze resource needs to plan and assess the feasibility of projects. .Required Qualifications: •Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills. •Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time. •Basic knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective creation and distribution of Market Ready Content. •Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods. •Basic knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project.Education/Experience: •Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. •PMI or PMP certification preferred. •0-2 years' experience required.Typical Day•Assign project(s) through Zoho. •Coordinate with Team Leads and clients to ensure projects are on track. •Create dashboards, presentations and findings with projects.Core hours are 8:00-3:00. •Work schedule can be 5 eight hour days or 4 nine hour days and 1 four hour day.Technical Skills•Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods. •Basic knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS ProjectSoft Skills Required•Strong attention to detail. •Critical thinking and strong reasoning skills. •Strong collaboration and communication skills.Benefits:
