Compensation: $20-22.50/hour DOE

Clemens & Associates, Inc., Santa Fe's premier landscape company, is looking to hire a dynamic team member to assist in our robust operations as our Head of Customer Wow! As our first contact with customers calling in, your primary job is to note requests, kudos, or complaints, and define an action item to be fielded by one of our organization associates. You will follow up to make sure there has been a 100% follow-through on the item, including circling back to the client.

● Your computer skills include Microsoft Office Suite (must have expertise in EXCEL), internet research skills, and you are comfortable learning new industry-specific software

● You have the ability to stay calm when under pressure. Tough skin can be required!

● You have excellent organizational skills and pay attention to detail.

● You have experience in being a Maintenance hotline first responder and coordinator of client needs and concerns.

● You have excellent writing skills and can compose letters and memos.

● You are able to use various smartphone apps. Experience tracking fleets using GPS a big plus.

● You have used Mail Chimp or similar platforms for email blasts

● You possess some graphic skills

● Minimum 2 years experience in customer experience & office administration.

THIS IS NOT your average desk job; you need to be ready to help when needed in the field.

A clean driving record is required as the ability to lift 25lbs.
