Hacker Boat Company seeking Office Manager for Queensbury location:

Candidate must possess excellent communication skills (written and oral), attention to detail and the ability to multi-task across several functions and work well as a team. Candidate MUST be proficient in MS Office Suite, Quickbooks. Marine or Auto dealer experience is encouraged.

Responsibilities include: Bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, time entries, estimate billing; Office management including record management, inventory and ordering, fleet management, vendor scheduling, infrastructure management. Customer service activities including but not limited to interacting with customers, scheduling customer services, boutique fulfillment; Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits package available
