Office Manager

Blue Ridge Treks, a community-oriented mental health agency in Asheville, North Carolina, is looking for an Office Manager to fill the hard-working, creative and fun shoes of our current Office Manager who is following her bliss on another journey.

Here are some details:

- In person, 32 hours per week

- Background in Medical Billing is a necessity

- Should enjoy working with multiple outside agencies to solve problems

- Should enjoy supporting a team of 8 therapists as they provide mental health services across the community

- Attention to detail is extremely important

- Living Wage position with opportunities for raises and bonuses

- No option for insurance, but we are working toward having FSA's available

- Working toward having retirement accounts available

- Vacation and holiday pay
