Service Writer

Pay: $16.00 + per hour DOE

Shifts: 10 hours per day

Responsibilities:

As a Service Writer, you will be responsible for answering phones, dispatching technicians to job sites using legal property descriptions, troubleshoot maintenance issues via the phone for proper dispatch, you must have good verbal communication skills, be able to adapt to a fast pace work environment, and be a quick learner. Responsibilities also include daily invoicing and other light bookkeeping duties, assist the service manager with daily tasks, and have a flexible schedule.

Requirements:

Computer skills

General Agriculture knowledge

Basic understanding of grain sites

Some familiarity with machines and electronics a plus

Flexibility

Ability to learn quickly

Ability to handle high demand and stress

Good problem-solving skills

Preferences:

High School Diploma or equivalent\

Agriculture background

Service Department experience

Supervisory Experience

Customer Service
