Valenti Salon & Spa is looking for professional and dependable Contact Center candidates to deliver five-star service. We are always looking to add staff that put the "care" in guest care to our team!

The Contact Center is our main point of contact for clients for all three of our salon locations. Candidates for this position will have a passion for taking care of our clients behind the scenes. They need a pleasant phone voice, great writing skills, fluency in basic computer skills, and an understanding of modern technology.

Your responsibilities will include checking emails, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and other designated projects as they come up. Your most important responsibility will always be keeping the client your number one priority.

Salon and booking software experience is a benefit, but not required. All candidates must have basic computer skills and knowledge of programs found in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

All candidates will need: impeccable organizational and communication skills, the ability to multitask and problem solve, 1+ year of customer service (or comparable) experience. They will also be detail-oriented and maintain a professional image and positive attitude at all times.
