Host / Hostess Positions available!

Local Thyme is a Gastropub in Whitehouse, Ohio. We are looking for part time greeters, (at least 2 day availability) to join our strong team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and engaged. A gastropub cares greatly about the food and beverages in which we serve, coupled with excellent customer service. The face of Local Thyme is the first person that greets our guests. We provide our guests with a clean comfortable atmosphere, we ask that our team members represent that clean, detail oriented appearance. We offer food discounts, drink discounts and offer flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

Greeting and seating our guests

Communicating on the telephone to take Phone food orders

Delivering a great customer experience

Qualifications

Ability to listen and communicate effectively

Must be able to maintain a clean appearance

Ability to multitask efficiently

Strong organizational skills

Experience as a Host/Hostess is a plus, but not necessary as we will train the right candidate with a "Can-do" team spirit.
