Personal Assistant for a General Manager at a Land Surveying Industry

I am Russell Riecken, the General Manager of Red Plains Lender Surveys (RPLS, LLC). As a Professional Land Surveyor with Oklahoma & New York license based in Edmond, Oklahoma. We are setting up a new Office here in New York so we need candidates around this Region

Over 50 years of combined experience in the land surveying industry, providing a multitude of services for many properties across the nation, RPLS, LLC is poised to assist in the on-time closing that is required for smooth residential and commercial transactions.

Candidates will be a Personal Assistant to the General Manager and will work mostly remotely due to the pandemic. Candidates would oversee some basic accounting function such as copying, printing, mailing, Once in a while Office Visits and picking up payments, organized paper work as needed and more.

NOTE : YOU DON'T NEED TO HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE IN THE LAND SURVEYING INDUSTRY.

RPLS, LLC is focused on MIR, ALTA, and Boundary surveys in Oklahoma and the surrounding states. Candidate would be a member of the leadership team of the business, reporting to the General Manager. Strong leadership and organization skills are required, along with a commitment to meet or exceed client expectations.
