Duties and Responsibilities:

Organizing Files

Direct incoming calls to appropriate department/persons

Communicate with tenants and conduct tenant relations

Proof read and correct documents before entering

The Receptionist will take direction from the Front Desk Manager and produce accurate results and adhere to deadlines.

Skills and Qualifications:

At least 1 year of office experience

Conscientious about timeliness of assignments and quality of work

Accountable for specific performance, accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including ability to articulate recommendations in a concise and timely manner, speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations, edits work for spelling and grammar, presents numerical data effectively

Strong work ethic with the ability to be dependable. Consistently to work on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction and solicits feedback in improve performance

Job Details:

Monday - Thursday from 8am-5pm and Friday 8am - 4pm

$12.00-$14.00 DOEShipping Coordinator (Corvallis)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.

Manages the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies.

Scans and sorts incoming and outgoing stock. Maintains an accurate inventory.

Collaborates and communicates with operations, service repair technicians, technical support, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products.

Promptly receives deliveries and sorts and stocks receivables.

Engages with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.

Provides additional backup support for operations departments.

Shipping Coordinator will also cleanup as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience in office administration will lend itself to this position

Excellent organizational and administrative skills

Good written and verbal communication skills

Strong sense of time organization and urgency

Occasional lifting of boxes up to 50lbs

Preferred:

Experience in shipping & receiving/ office administration

Experience with CRM/ERP office management systems - NetSuite experience is ideal.

Familiarity with UPS & FedEx shipping software

International shipping, and import/export experience a plus

Familiarity with/certification in “dangerous goods” shipping a plus

Regular Shift: Monday - Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. (there’s some flexibility on start/end time, but the hours should include 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Reviews daily lock-box remittance deposits and posts payments to the appropriate customer accounts and invoices, ensuring reconciliation of the batch.

Processes debit/credit memos and write-offs to accounts for any adjustments or corrections.

Manages all incoming email correspondence with sales team and customers regarding new accounts, account changes, sales tax info, etc.

Coordinates item return credits with sales staff.

Resolves past due customer accounts through internal payment arrangements or collections agency as needed.

Management of monthly customer statement mailings and month-end aging reports.

Maintains weekly, month-end and quarterly deadlines.

Maintains and updates credit policies and internal control documentation and makes recommendations for necessary changes.

Manages and reviews applications for new customers and cash accounts within Company credit policies.

Responsible for managing accounts under bankruptcy jurisdiction, collection agencies and other legal authorities relating to collection/credit, preparing and organizing documentation as necessary.

Performs accounts receivable analysis and reporting – open credits, outstanding deposits, etc.

Interfaces with Senior Management in communicating and resolving complicated issues relating to collection.

Assists in monthly closings.

Performs filing, copying and mailing.

Other projects or tasks assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent

3-5 years experience in accounts receivable or Associates in Accounting

Strong knowledge of MS Word and Excel

Job Details for Credit Collections Specialist:

Temp-Hire

Regular Shift: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm

$17.00-$20.00 DOEReceptionist (Lebanon)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Answer multi-line telephone, screen and route calls, relay messages, greet visitors, and ensure that all visitation documents have been signed

Open, sort and distribute incoming mail; process outgoing mail

Operate office equipment as needed

Maintain email

Analyze and resolving work problems that arise

Skills and Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

Experience with Microsoft Suite (mainly Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel)

Job Details:

Wage: $15 - 17 DOE

Schedule: Training Dates 4/12-4/13 10 am to 2pm.

Full Coverage starts 4/14 Monday-Friday from 12:00pm-5:00pm, Projected end date 5/12 (subject to change)
