We are a growing outdoor design and build company that focuses on Retractable Awnings and Outdoor Living Spaces in the construction industry and we are seeking a full time office assistant to help with office tasks, organizing, and following up with customers via phone and email & inside sales support to assist our traveling sales representatives. You must have very strong verbal communication and previous experience working in a fast-paced office setting. A construction background is helpful but not required.

Must have excellent work ethic and the ability to fully nurture all potential clients and effectively

keep track of all leads and their status. Proper follow up is essential.

Strong verbal and written communication. Must have experience assisting

customers via phone, walk-in and email. Must be able to effectively relay information/requests

about products and services and assess customer's needs. We are willing to train on the specifics

of our products.

Must be fluent with Microsoft Office and Outlook

Excellent customer service.

Must be able to monitor conversations and emails, as well as take messages and

distribute to the corresponding staff member.

Maintain office filing and storage.

Schedule sales appointments by logically laying out appointments according to the geologic location.

Attention to detail, strong typing skills, able to monitor social media accounts.

Able to work independently as well as with others. Able to provide strong support to our outside sales

representatives with customer specifics and follow ups, HOA requirements, obtaining info to submit

township permits, coordinating with the project manager, etc.

Past sales experience is a plus.
