Our family owned and operated company is looking for an outgoing team-player with a positive attitude that pays attention to detail to join our team as a customer service representative.
Qualified candidates will have previous customer service experience preferably in a busy office setting.
Duties include answering multi-line phone system, coaching clients based on their needs and concerns, taking orders, scheduling inspectors and technicians, inspection report review, processing order paperwork, making access calls for appointments, filing, scanning, and other duties as needed.

Our office is open Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm.
P/T hours will be scheduled as needed during those times. Approximately 8-24 hours/week.
No nights or weekends!
