Digital Marketing Manager (Santa Clara, CA)We are looking for a Digital Campaign Program Manager for large, global B2B High Tech company. This role will own several projects related to the operational success, including building and maintaining new workflows for quality control and efficiency gains for digital ad campaigns. They have expertise or familiarity in at least two or more areas within the digital advertising landscape (primarily display programmatic, SEM, paid social ads, analytics and attribution).This is a 40 hours per week; 12 month contract. This is remote role, until offices re-open, and then will be onsite in Santa Clara, CA.This is a w-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions’ employee. Healthcare benefits and 401K offered.

Responsibilities:
  • Build a cohesive, strategic digital marketing plan to create demand and grow the pipeline
  • Develop and execute, and monitor and optimize paid search, display, content syndication, digital media, and other programs
  • Collaborate with marketing team members to maintain a data-first approach to continually measure and optimize performance, improve conversation rates, and increase ROI on our marketing spend
  • Monitor and analyze website and landing page traffic, and provide regular reporting on conversation and campaign effectiveness
  • Conduct ongoing competitive research to help inform digital strategies

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of Digital Marketing Campaign/Ad Campaigns program management in B2B High Tech companies
  • Experience running large scale programs and complex stakeholder relationships
  • Experience within the digital advertising landscape and related technologies
  • Familiarity with Google Campaign Manager, DV360, SA360, Demandbase, Adobe Analytics, Tableau or similar ad tech and BI tools is a plus
  • Comfort with business analytics and producing data-driven insights and reporting
  • Bachelors degree
