Title: Contract Analyst

Location: Santa Rosa CA 95403

Type: 6+ Months Contract (

possible extension)

Responsibilities:
  • Contract Administration
  • Contract review, creation, development, execution with Senior Management and communication with key RTL staff
  • Create and execute Service Agreements, Business Associate Agreements, Contract Addendums, and similar documents as required
  • Organize, maintain and electronically track all contracts and related documents
  • Maintain physical contract files with original contract documentation as needed
  • Coordinate contract review with Senior Director of Business Operations, Senior Management, Sales staff and Corporate Counsel
  • Respond to contract requests within five to seven business days
  • Complete contract review as necessary to extract key client information in order to respond to RTL operational changes
  • Create contract correspondence as needed
  • Provide support to the Accounting Department during SOX and PWC audits as needed
  • Pricing Analysis and Customer Account Analysis

Upon Request provide:
  • Customer contract pricing, transaction and terms/conditions research
  • Retrieve information from multiple database reports
  • Additional research and support for the internal departments as requested
  • Account Data Management
  • Support contract management software/CRM systems
  • Review accounts for contract compliance and update as needed
  • Assist with account updates pursuant to contract documents

Basic qualifications | Education:
  • Contract Administration experience preferred
  • Experience in sales preferred
  • A minimum of five to seven years of experience in contract administration, sales and/or business process is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform job duties may be considered

Preferred qualifications:
  • Must be computer literate with above average proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to learn and navigate multiple database systems
  • Ability to meet critical deadlines under stressful conditions
  • Able to move between projects and duties quickly and efficiently

Competencies:
  • Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with co-works, management and clients
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Good organizational skills
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to communicate professionally with internal staff and clientele
