- Contract Administration
- Contract review, creation, development, execution with Senior Management and communication with key RTL staff
- Create and execute Service Agreements, Business Associate Agreements, Contract Addendums, and similar documents as required
- Organize, maintain and electronically track all contracts and related documents
- Maintain physical contract files with original contract documentation as needed
- Coordinate contract review with Senior Director of Business Operations, Senior Management, Sales staff and Corporate Counsel
- Respond to contract requests within five to seven business days
- Complete contract review as necessary to extract key client information in order to respond to RTL operational changes
- Create contract correspondence as needed
- Provide support to the Accounting Department during SOX and PWC audits as needed
- Pricing Analysis and Customer Account Analysis
- Customer contract pricing, transaction and terms/conditions research
- Retrieve information from multiple database reports
- Additional research and support for the internal departments as requested
- Account Data Management
- Support contract management software/CRM systems
- Review accounts for contract compliance and update as needed
- Assist with account updates pursuant to contract documents
- Contract Administration experience preferred
- Experience in sales preferred
- A minimum of five to seven years of experience in contract administration, sales and/or business process is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform job duties may be considered
- Must be computer literate with above average proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to learn and navigate multiple database systems
- Ability to meet critical deadlines under stressful conditions
- Able to move between projects and duties quickly and efficiently
- Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with co-works, management and clients
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Good organizational skills
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to communicate professionally with internal staff and clientele
