You will be responsible for providing graphic design support and developing powerful presentations with top-notch execution to support the infrastructure organization at a global social media company,a highly-energised environment with some of the most talented creative minds.

The ideal candidate must have the following skills and capabilities:
  • Flexibility and resourcefulness to manage changing business requirements, projects, and resources, adapting accordingly and positively.
  • Strong presentation design portfolio demonstrating expert level in PowerPoint & Google Slides (Mac/PC 2011+), including use of multiple masters, color themes, animations, actions
  • Professional customer service experience working with a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience balancing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting aggressive timelines.
  • Ability to work flexible hours if required to support critical deadline
  • Able to understand the communication and strategic objectives and develop compelling presentations based on those requirements
  • Strong understanding of and experience in corporate branding, logo design, layout, color theory and typography
  • Experience with creative and strategic brainstorming to build the most effective presentations
  • Understanding of the strengths and limitations of presentation technology including aspect ratios, image formats, resolution, animation, and graphics
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro and After Effects)

Educational and Experience requirements:
  • 4-year degree
  • At least 3 years of graphic design/presentation production experience at an agency, or in-house corporate communications/marketing department

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts.
  • Contribute to OrangePeople technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
  • Contribute content and collaborate via the OrangePeople-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
  • Provide status reports to OrangePeople Account Management as requested.
