Service Designer Location: Cypress, CADuration: 6+ months Healthcare experience mandatoryJob description:· Tracking customer experiences across online and offline channels, devices, and touchpoints.· Collaborating with IT developers, as well as the production, marketing, and sales teams to enhance customer services and brand awareness.· Translate user research, user flows and business requirements into visually compelling tools that communicate key internal and external user interactions to inform and inspire various stakeholders· Create service design artifacts such as navigation flows, mental models, user journeys, service blueprints and eco-systems, personal development· Develop and schedule research plans that outline study goals and methodology.· Work closely with analytics, data scientist and customer success teams to collect various metrics to augment UX research data, uncover insights and inform design solutions.· Documenting processes and logging technical issues, as well as customer compliments and complaints.· Lead and facilitate ideation and co-design working sessions and workshops leveraging Lean and human-centered research and design methods.· Responding to customer queries. Qualification:· 5 + year of professional experience with end-to-end service and/or project design with Healthcare bacground. · Experience with Design Thinking and Design Sprints.· Depth of experience in at least one practice area (user experience, user research, service design, design strategy)· Familiar with Design Systems, Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design.· Proficient in qualitative and quantitative research.· Proficient in the iterative design process that includes accepting and acting on feedback for interdisciplinary teams and customers.· Proficient with design and prototyping tools such as AdobeCC, Sketch, InVision, Miro and UX Pin.· Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, analyze and evaluate.
