Technical Analyst I Location: Jackson, MIDuration: 7 Months Duties: To fill the role of the Gas Tools and Work Methods Analyst , the individual needs three to five years of experience, or equivalent, in the Gas area.The individual should be a leader with strong organizational skills, analytical, negotiating and written/oral communication skills.Individual should be a self-starter that can manage multiple work assignments.This person will conduct crew visits to discuss tool usage, and proper techniques.This person will research new tools, and utilize ergonomics when considering a replacement tool.This person will be required to have an understanding of all of the tools approved by the Gas Tools and Work Methods department, and be able to show proper usage when there are issues in the field such as application issues, defects, or field upgrade needs. Skills: - SAP- Tool Procurement- Vendor Evaluations- Preparing & Creating PR’s, PO’s, and Sole Source documents- Tooling Evaluations- O&M tool budget – data gathering & analysis- Unitization Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalency in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or Engineering preferred. 3-5 year’s experience preferred.
