System Administrator

Title: System AdministratorFull Time opportunity in Jackson, Mississippi Job SummaryThe system administrator will configure and administer the Next Gen (AKA “NextGen”) loan origination system and other HFCU systems as needed by the organization, with the ultimate objective of improving regulatory and policy compliance, customer and employee satisfaction, and organizational productivity. The system administrator will collaborate with internal partners, outside vendors, integrators, and consultants, as directed by senior management, to collect requirements.Primary Job FunctionsNextGen System Configuration & Management

• Configure NextGen to perform loan origination, underwriting, and approval, and portfolio analysis, of various commercial loan types
• Maintain and update all NextGen configuration, including security parameters for users/roles/business units, lookup tables, bank defined fields, etc.
• Continuously improve NextGen to support evolving business needs and goals
• Support reporting requirements of the organization, including finance, data and analytics, compliance, policy and communications, and investor relations, through NextGen reporting capabilities
• Manage the data integrity processes and modifications to NextGen configuration and system files
• Facilitate processes within and outside of NextGen to manage collection, archiving, and storage of loan-related documents
• Develop system and process administration procedures and documentation
• Train backup administrator(s)
