Job DetailsThis role will be a hands-on leader responsible for coaching and leading full lifecycle development:
  • Establishing engineering standards, best practices, and ensuring high-standards for deliverables
  • Creating and standardizing a QA process that allows for speed, yet ensures deployment of terrific UX
  • Taking ownership of team productivity - removing roadblocks, and identifying / implementing improvements to process and procedures
Qualified candidates will offer:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science
  • 10yrs+ experience in programming and app development
  • 7yrs+ IT Leadership experience
  • Focus on continuous improvement
  • Strong Management skills (setting priorities / plans to meet business goals, hiring and performance reviews, developing team
  • Experience with SaaS, eCommerce, complex hardware/firmware/software development environments
  • Experience building and deploying cloud-based platforms
  • Desire and ability to succeed in a dynamic environment with multiple responsibilities
